Comprised of stainless steel for ruggedness, HARP allows HALO units to be mounted directly onto the sides of existing docks and pilings without having to use alternate means of mooring or anchoring. HARP allows HALO units to utilize their neutral buoyant properties by automatically adjusting to the changing tides. As tides rise and fall, HALO will rise and fall along the rails of a HARP system.

Because soil anchoring is not necessary with a HARP system, a complete HALO Harbor unit can be installed very quickly, and provides a zero footprint outside of your existing area.
