ELEMENTAL INNOVATION ANNOUNCES RELOCATION OF COMPANY HEADQUARTERS

Springfield, NJ, December 13, 2006 – Elemental Innovation (EI) http://www.elementalinnovation.com, a global leader in maritime port security and coastal protection systems, announces the opening of new office space in Springfield New Jersey.

The new Headquarters in Springfield, NJ, which is located in Union County, will accommodate the executive team, while the company’s former office in West Caldwell will remain in use, but exclusively as a Production and Research facility. Also of note, Elemental Innovation has obtained a satellite office in Cape Canaveral, Florida to handle regional sales. Each of the newly acquired offices has been added to address the significant growth that the company has been experiencing during the 2nd half of 2006.
