The system has a variable freeboard, projecting up to 8 feet above the surface and allowing for adjustment to threats such as zodiac boats and jetskis. The HALO Security Gate provides HALO-grade barrier protection while allowing controlled entry and exit for authorized vessels. Using controls to modulate the natural buoyancy of selected panels, the gate can be made to submerge and rise as needed.
