HALO MBB system is a modular sentinel that can be combined with either the Small Boat Barrier or Large Boat Barrier system to add another layer of defense to a sensitive facility.

HALO MBB is composed of rows of non-toxic polyethylene panels.

Rows are connected by energy-absorbing Delrin rods, and buffered with marine-grade rubber encased steel reinforcement,allowing the structure to recoil under extreme wave conditions or vessel impacts and then reset automatically, maintaining your protection throughout extreme weather events.

Impact energy is translated through the system and dispersed through the mooring points into the sea-bed. The system has a variable freeboard, projecting up to 8 feet above the surface and allowing for adjustment to threats such as zodiac boats and jet skis. It can be deployed with various configurations of diver netting to prevent individual ingress or egress by submerged individuals.
